To run an educational institution efficiently the parental co-operation is very essential. Parents are requested to note the following:
- Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities in enforcing regularity and discipline, by seeing that their children prepare their lessons and by taking an active and helpful interest in the activities of the school.
- Parents should look into student’s diary regularly.
- Parents are requested to sign the progress report when so requested.
- Criticizing other students, teachers or the school in the ward’s presence should carefully be avoided as it is injurious to the education of the child.
- If there is any infectious disease in your house please do not send your child to the class till the danger of the infection has passed off.
- Parents are always welcome to the school to discuss about the progress of their ward.
- Parents are requested to partake in P.T.A. meeting and Open Houses.
- Private tuitions are discouraged.
- All Official correspondence from school will be sent only to parent or local guardian in India.
- Parents are requested to encourage the children for co-curricular activites.
- School gates will be closed at 8.55 a.m, late comers will not be permitted to attend classes without permission.
- Parents are not allowed to remain in school during school hours.
- Tests and examinations are compulsory. If due to illness one cannot attend, it must be reported to the principal immediately, in a written application with a medical certificate.
- Parents who wish to see the answer paper of their wards should do so on the prescribed days.
- Mobile phone is strictly prohibited in the school campus. So parents must take care of it.
- No work shall be transacted on holidays or outside the office hours.
